We'll talk through the details, your location, and any admin work already in hand, like plans or specs, so we understand exactly where you're starting from.

Initial Proposal
You get it in writing
We'll send a proposal with no pricing attached yet. Instead, it outlines everything included in the build: materials, windows, allowances, roof type, and more, based directly on our conversation together.

Sign & Schedule
You know the price before you sign
Once everything's confirmed, we lock in your price and get your project on the schedule. A deposit, generally 25% for remodels and additions or 5% for new construction, is due at signing.
