Hubik Residence - Oldfield
The goal was to design and build a home that honored traditional lowcountry architecture while meeting modern expectations for comfort, light, and livability. The layout needed to feel cohesive across the main residence and detached garage, while maintaining strong curb appeal and a seamless indoor-outdoor connection.
